Virtuel government office 

HELP.gv.at, the government agency help site of the Bundeskanleramt of Austria on the Internet, opened the first virtuel office in SecondLife. NEXT-HORIZON built it in Austria-Oestereich. 

HELP.gv.at is the aid for official channels in Austria. Here you can get first informations about living and working in Austria. Sizzi Winkler is a virtual office clerk to whom users can speak.

This virtuel office is not only interessting für the Austrian Community but for all residents because all informations can also be called in English.
